This month not only have we been busy making great television; we've also been saving the planet.

Our amazing green team threw our second annual Green Week at the end of March. With daily challenges, facts and film recommendations, they inspired everyone the whole week through.  The aim of Green Week was to:

- Showcase & celebrate how Splice has reduced its carbon footprint
- Encourage & inspire sustainable production in film and television
- Educate our crew and clients on how to live greener

As a company, we've reduced our annual carbon footprint by over 49 tonnes since 2016.  By moving to 100% renewable energy across all our facilities we've saved over 99 tonnes of carbon in the last two years, that's equivalent to leaving a 42 inch LED TV on for 68 years!

As well as all of that, this month we posted some top-notch content from scripted comedy series White Gold for BBC Two to hard-hitting documentaries like Stabbed: Britain's Knife Crime Crisis for BBC One and America's Child Brides for BBC Three.

And finally, March's Employee of The Month was awarded to Online Editor Ben Harris for smashing a tight-turnaround series out the park. Congratulations Ben!
