The critically acclaimed documentary went on to receive several award nominations and currently sits in second place on All4’s best-performing documentaries of all time. Broadcast Tech judges said: ''The Caroline Flack programme must have been one of the hardest projects to work on this year and he delivered a sensitive look and feel to a sensitive subject.''
Connor has also added several high profile broadcast favourites to his credit list this year with the likes of MasterChef, Celebrity MasterChef and Mary Berry - Love to Cook, taking the already well-established series’ into a fresh visual direction. One judge said O'Neill is a ''very natural'' talent who has the ''combination of being enormously creative with technology and obviously very popular with clients.''
